Terms of Service

Buying from us

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The sale is complete when we accept your payment and confirm the order by email. If we cannot fulfill an order, we cancel it and refund you in full.

Prices and mistakes

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price or with a wrong description, we may cancel the order and refund you — even after payment. We will always tell you before doing that.

Availability

Stock is limited and reserved only while your checkout is open. A hat in your cart is not held for you until you pay.

Discounts

One discount per order — a coupon and the military discount do not stack; you get whichever is larger. The military and first responder discount is personal and non-transferable, and we may ask for proof of service. Abuse of a discount cancels the order.

Custom orders

Custom work starts only after you approve the design in writing. Approved custom orders are final sale, as described in our Returns page.

Our content

The Ameizze name, logo, photography, artwork and patch designs belong to us. You may not copy, resell or use them to produce your own products.

Reviews you write

By posting a review you give us permission to publish it on the site. We remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or fake, and we never edit a review to change its meaning.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the product you paid for. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
